Lodge your Building Consents with PBC before 30 June 2013 and we will guarantee to process our component of your Building Consent application within 10 working days or we will reduce our charges by $300.00.

Upon acceptance of the Building Consent into the Council system the Council and PBC processing clock will start. PBC will notify you that this has occurred by letter. For ACC consents, the PBC processing clock begins once we receive the application back from the council following the acceptance of the lodgement and planning/public drainage checks by ACC.

PBC will then start the processing of your project, this processing will include any building / plumbing and drainage / fire and egress and engineering related items deemed necessary. The Council will be processing their component (i.e. planning, public drainage and hazard identification) of the project in tandem.

The PBC time clock will be suspended if at any stage further information is requested. Once the corrected information is provided the project will be livened again.

Upon completion of the plan processing by PBC the file will be sent to Council to complete their component of the processing (normally audit and invoicing). At this stage we will write to you advising that the project has been sent to Council for completion of processing and issue.

If the PBC live days taken to process our component of your building consent are more than 10 working days we will reduce our charges by a further $300.00 off the processing fee.
